I first got turned on to Taalam Acey when he did the "True Lies"
poem on the Cynthia McKinney documentary "Blackout"(Get Familar with Cynthia McKinney too by the way and watch the documentary too if you haven't already) and became a instant fan. Anybody who knows me saw a couple of his performances on my old Myspace page. He is an amazing Artist, Poet, Writer, Spoken Word Performer. I have been following him on Twitter and saw a update that said that he did his best work in 10 years "5 women" so I checked it out and it's a crazy piece I don't even think I know any words Fly enough to describe. Get Familar!!
